The enquiry form collects your name, telephone number, postcode and message. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare quotations and arrange requested work. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Where you request a quotation or work, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform that contract. Handling other service enquiries is in our legitimate interests in responding to customers.
How the form works
Formspree processes the submission and forwards it to us. Our hosting and email providers may also process information needed to deliver and operate these services. How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and relevant follow-up. If work proceeds, related records may be retained for service administration and applicable accounting or legal requirements. Contact us for information about the retention of your specific records.
